Xaviera invites you to her "HAPPY HOUSE" in Amsterdam as an incredible and bohemian style "Bed & Breakfast" for a relaxed atmosphere. This accommodation gives you a feeling like you found a "home away from home".

Xaviera's talents lay in communication, and she still does it like no one else. In addition her home is available for seminars, dinner and cocktail parties and intimate soirees. Xaviera's Bed & Breakfast is a gay friendly accommodation. Xaviera's specialty is organising workshops for men and or women on "how to become a better lover", her husband Philip cooks a wonderful meal for the guests.

B&B Location
Her home is an elegant villa close to the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, in the plush Beethovenstraat neighborhood, the so called Gold Coast, full of trendy boutiques and cozy restaurants. It is within walking distance from the congress center the RAI, musea and colorful street markets.

The most significant sights of Amsterdam are located within a 10-minute tram ride the Museum Square, the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Concert Hall, Heineken Brewery Museum and  the old center with it's characteristic canals.

Sleeping:
There are 3 bedrooms. Xaviera's Happy House has a capacity up to 6 guest. Here you will find the type of beds:

  1. Goliath: big room with king size bed
  2. David: normal room king size bed, or 2 single beds (let us know beforehand)
  3. Romantic garden Chalet, king size bed, ensuite bathroom

Services & Conditions

  • Park your car at Xaviera's parking for €25 a day, half the price of parking in town.
  • If you need an airport pick up our private chauffeur can do this for €30 per ride
  • If you feel like renting bikes , they can be rented at Xaviera's as well
  • Payment in cash euros upon arrival
  • Credit card number and expiry date to be sent to Xaviera Hollander
