Booking procedure

1 Chose your accommodation

Chose your accommodations in the list of all apartments. After making your choice of apartment, click on the >> more info button to show the accommodation photo's and other details.

2 Send us an email

After you have chosen your apartment, send us an email with:

• booking dates: date of arrival, date of departure and number of days
• flight number
• arrival time airport
• arrival time at accommodation

(usualy it takes between 1 and 1.5 hour to get from Schiphol airport t any accommodation in the city)

• number of people and age
• your contact details: name, address, telephone

Please also read carefully the terms and conditions which apply for all bookings.

3 Deposit payment

Once we have established that the apartment is available, we will send you an email with the total price for your stay and a request for deposit to book the accommodation. The amount for the pre-payment is shown in the email. The remaining balance is then either paid upon your arrival or paid beforehand, depending on which accommodation you have selected.

Secure payment of your deposit can be done with Credit card, Pay Pal or via a Bank transfer.

4 E-mail confirmation

Once you have completed the pre-payment, and the deposit is received on our Bank account we send you a message that your accommodation is booked and confirmed by e-mail.

In the confirmation e-mail you will receive full information about what to do upon arrival. The accommodation manager will receive your booking confirmation to notify him/her of your stay.
